SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to our shipping policy! Here, we provide you with all the essential details about how we handle shipping, including methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that you have complete trust in our services.
 
In our shipping policy, we aim to make things simple and clear for you. We want to keep you informed about every step of the shipping process, so you can rely on us with confidence. Whether it's local or international shipping, we've got you covered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, so we've made our policy simple and customer-friendly.
 
We believe in providing a hassle-free experience if you've changed your mind about a purchase or if a product doesn't meet your expectations. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. You can count on us for a straightforward and fair return or exchange process.

Shopping online is convenient, but sometimes, even the best photos can't replace the experience of seeing and touching a product in person.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange. To initiate the return, simply email us within 2 days of receiving your order, and send the item(s) back within 7 working days of our response.

Please return the item(s) unused, in their original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of equivalent quality). Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund or exchange (subject to availability).

To help us process your return efficiently, include a note with your details (name, contact information), order number, and reason for the return. Remember, the responsibility for the goods remains with you until they are safely returned in undamaged condition, so please pack the items securely and consider using Registered & Insured Post for tracking purposes.

Allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned goods for your refund to be processed.

Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping and handling fees and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will only cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or if we made an error with your order. Any online payment fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card surcharges) will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

Broken Items

We take great care in ensuring that all our ceramics leave the studio in perfect condition. They’re carefully packaged to prevent damage, but occasionally, accidents can happen during transit.

Upon receiving your order, please check that your ceramics are intact and free from cracks or damage. If you discover that an item was broken in transit, we’ll gladly replace it.

 

To make the process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

  • Keep all original packaging as proof of damage during transit.

  • Take a photo of the damaged item with its original packaging clearly visible.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Email us @ artbymargaretc@outlook.com please include in the email, your invoice number, include your photos of broken item and the packaging, a brief explanation of the issue, and your full name and best contact number.

 

Please note: We must receive your notification of damage within 24 hours of the tracking showing your parcel as delivered. The photo of the item with its original packaging is required as proof of damage during transit.
