  • Postage
    MC Handmade Ceramics take great care with packaging and shipping our ceramics to you, as safely and quickly as possible. Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 1 to 3 business days, unless the item(s) you are after are custom made, and delivery times were quoted separately. ​All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number that will be shared with you as soon as your order was dispatched and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery times will depend on Australia Post delivery schedule. ​If a delivery is not collected on time and is returned to our studio, any additional shipping costs to resend the package will be at the buyer's expense. If a delivery is returned to our studio due to incorrect delivery address specified in the order details, any additional shipping costs to resend the package will be at the buyer's expense. ​Please note that Australia post have a limit of 22Kg for domestic delivery; If you are interested in ordering a large number of items, please contact us for a quote. ​If you wish to have your items delivered using Express Post, please contact us for a quote.
  • My items were broken when I received them
    We take great care in ensuring that all our ceramics leave the studio in perfect condition. They’re carefully packaged to prevent damage, but occasionally, accidents can happen during transit. Upon receiving your order, please check that your ceramics are intact and free from cracks or damage. If you discover that an item was broken in transit, we’ll gladly replace it. To make the process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps: - Keep all original packaging as proof of damage during transit. - Take a photo of the damaged item with its original packaging clearly visible. - Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. - Email us @ artbymargaretc@outlook.com please include in the email, your invoice number, include your photos of broken item and the packaging, a brief explanation of the issue, and your full name and best contact number. Please note: We must receive your notification of damage within 24 hours of the tracking showing your parcel as delivered. The photo of the item with its original packaging is required as proof of damage during transit.
  • Returns
    Shopping online is convenient, but sometimes, even the best photos can't replace the experience of seeing and touching a product in person. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange. To initiate the return, simply email us within 2 days of receiving your order, and send the item(s) back within 7 working days of our response. Please return the item(s) unused, in their original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of equivalent quality). Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund or exchange (subject to availability). To help us process your return efficiently, include a note with your details (name, contact information), order number, and reason for the return. Remember, the responsibility for the goods remains with you until they are safely returned in undamaged condition, so please pack the items securely and consider using Registered & Insured Post for tracking purposes. Allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping and handling fees and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will only cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or if we made an error with your order. Any online payment fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card surcharges) will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • What are your shipping options?
    We offer standard and express shipping options for our customers. Please contact us via email to get a quote for express delivery. Local pick-up is also available from Parkwood Gold Coast with prior arrangements.
